Providing an all-encompassing educational service

Faye Aspill has amassed many years of experience in both classroom and leadership roles. Starting with young learners, Faye’s teaching career has evolved to encompass working with young people up to the age of 25. Her unwavering passion for education led her into senior management and headmistress positions across schools in both Cheshire and London.

During her career in education, she played a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing the growth and development of three new prep schools, culminating in headmistress roles. She has worked in boys, girls, and co-ed schools in both the maintained and independent sectors.

Faye’s commitment for teaching extends beyond traditional education. Her fascination for learning, inclusion, and child development has taken her career into the realms of special educational needs consultancy. This specific interest grew from many years of professional development and working with and supporting children in the classroom who consistently struggled to reach expected standards of progress or successfully access the curriculum despite high quality teaching and the child’s cognitive ability.

She has always been a keen advocate for early identification of developmental difficulties that will lead to constructive interventions in the classroom and at home, and that will benefit a child or young person’s social, emotional, and academic progress.

Faye now dedicates her time to consulting and advising parents and teachers on all areas of special educational needs. Whether it is helping parents to make sense of their child’s behaviour and learning difficulties to explaining the benefits of formal assessments; crafting comprehensive Education, Health, and Social Care Plan’s (EHCP’s) for parents and schools; attending annual reviews and editing draft plans; to fine-tuning strategies, interventions, and appropriate provision for Senco’s; as well as helping families to find more suitable alternative educational solutions.

She is also the lead coordinator for a unique sight and hearing screening programme that is offered to prep schools in London. The innovative and bespoke school service helps to identify sight or hearing issues in young children before they have an impact on the child’s educational pathway and learning.

Faye Aspill offers educational excellence, compassion, and unwavering dedication to ensuring parents find the best possible solution and support for their child.
